Il 1577 è il numero nazionale gratuito di pubblica utilità istituito presso il Dipartimento per le pari opportunità della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri, per offrire orientamento e supporto alle persone vittime di tratta e di grave sfruttamento.

Il servizio è gratuito e attivo 24 ore su 24, tutti i giorni, ed è gestito da personale specializzato e multilingue (inglese, albanese, russo, spagnolo, romeno, moldavo, ucraino, polacco, portoghese, arabo, cinese e nigeriano).

If you are a victim of human trafficking or severe exploitation, or know someone who may be in this situation, you can ask for help by calling 1577.

1577 is a free helpline provided by the Italian Government, through the Department for equal opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of ministers. It provides guidance and support to people who are victims of human trafficking and severe exploitation.

The service is free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Trained staff are available to provide support in multiple languages: English, Albanian, Russian, Spanish, Romanian, Moldovan, Ukrainian, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese and Nigerian languages.
